It is important for every new iJango Director to jumpstart their new business immediately after enrolling during our Pre-Launch phase. This Fast Start Plan of Action is designed to do two things – Maximize your earnings and achieve promotion to Regional Director (RD) where you begin earning Regional Director bonuses to UNLIMITED levels!
There are two qualifications to promote to Regional Director during the Pre-Launch*:
1. Personally enroll 2 Directors (requirement jumps to 3 beginning August 1, 2009)
2. Have a total of 6 active Directors in your organization (requirement jumps to 12 beginning August 1, 2009)
Fast Start Goal #1 – Sponsor 2 New Directors
(this completes the 1st qualification to promote to Regional Director):

Fast Start Goal #2 – Grow Your Team
(this completes the 2nd qualification to promote to Regional Director)
Working with your two personal sponsorships to complete their own Fast Start Plan of Action is an essential step in building a healthy organization (and a major step to promote you to Regional Director and earning bonuses to unlimited levels). If each of your personal sponsorships (listed in Fast Start Goal #1 above) both sign up 2 Directors themselves, you will have six active Directors in your 1st organization; this will allow you to qualify for promotion to iJango Regional Director and start your 2nd organization. Enter each of your personal sponsorships below and work with them to sign up 2 Representatives each. This will ensure they complete their initial promotion qualification while helping you promote to Regional Director! Building a solid organization is done through leading by example.
